Naragonia

Pascale Rubens and Toon Van Mierlo have formed Naragonia together since 2003. For 20 years, they have faithfully and stubbornly pursued music that goes straight to the heart. They already made 9 full albums and grew into one of Europe's most loved and in-demand folk groups in Europe. Many of their tunes grew into traditionals played all over Europe and beyond.

Their 20th anniversary could not pass without a big celebration ... and it became an unforgettable feast. The Schouwburg (culture center) of Leuven was sold out in less than a week and was filled to the brim with listeners from all over Europe. Together with 13 other musician friends, music was played deep into the night. The beautiful theatre was shaking on its foundations.

This album is therefore a pure live album that captures the energy of that evening. Each guest musician added their own touch of magic to the evening. This tenth album is a wonderful apotheosis of a twenty-year search for authenticity, humanity and beauty.
